Beautifully written and executed. How can we appreciate the light without knowing the darkness. I am sure many people regardless of race or color have at times felt like a black rose. You have termed then special, and they are.

Beautiful poem! I love it! ! ! ! May I say that black can succesful be associated with any colour? The contrast may bring to both light from within, bringing more beauty out. There are many colours witch cannot sit toghether. So maybe the black rose were meant to be so for a reason. I think the reason is to bring peace. Or the least this is what I feel.
