Tense. I love the rhyme, 'in' with 'again'. 'Sailing under a foreign flag' is topical David, as it reminds of big companies paying tax offshore. Hockey Joe can do, thinks he. I've been reading Heart of Darkness. Have a look at my 'SS Cannibalogic'
