when shall I go back home?
Mama is waiting
She says her daughter has a decent job
A job that many envy!
That I am a bank manager!
That I work for big company
That poor mama is always happy becoz of me
She says I am going to buy her a house
She says I am going to buy her wildlife
She says I am going to buy her cows for milk
She says I am going to buy her boranas for beef
Mama dreams daily!
That poor mama praises my name in her church
She says my daughter will build us a better church
You know she has a decent job
She will buy us the best nutrients
She says that I earn millions
What mama doesn't know
Is that I work in a small club
But can I blame her? No!
It is my cousin Jane who hires cars
Whenever she visits the village
That is how she took me into her business
Working in a club and hiring cars to go home
But my cousin is like that
Do you know she lies about her education
She says she has a degree in Tourism
The other she forgot about Tourism
She said she has a degree in Ecology
But she ate fees and left University
When we are two, she laments
She decries her former boyfriend
She decries on how he introduced her to drugs
And that she almost ran bonkers
That saw her abandon classes
But her parents believe she finished
And that she works with a tourist firm
But for how long shall Jane lie
Soon, her beauty will go
The beauty will fade and clubs will recruit new beauty!
What will happen to Jane? .
What about me?
I am worried, everything is upside down! Some should inform mother.
