A deliberately mysterious poem and seeming to have a hidden meaning in its essence. The Arc of Smile indeed remains the same through ages and spreads the happiness in its divine pattern...... Best Wishes Naseer

It's true, a face may change, gets older, but a smile stays mysteriously the same. :)

There is nothing quite as beautiful as a natural smile - and the smile you have painted here is one that lights up the page. Lovely imagery throughout.

You are a juggler of words and imagery who slowly and silently steals into the readers' heart and finally captures it. Your innocent arched smile through two curved rose petals is really winsome. It is superb poetry and flows wonderfully well.

I read somewhere that smiles are contagious and it only takes one to get another one and so forth. Often a smile has the ability to bring us down, a real weapon of mass seduction! I love this poem Onelia for what it represents. HG: -) xx

A smile: timeless and yet shaped also by time's lessons. Lovely poem, One. Fx

'Cui non risere parentes'...The ones who hadn't love by their parents. This way Virgil wrote about some unlucky people. However the Latin word 'risere' means, more or less, to smile. People smile at those who they love. This starts at childhood and continues for a long time. In the middle there are the influences of the intimate conflicts, as well as the possibility of finding our lost loves again. Poetry has a special task in it. Onelia showed well this possibility. I was forgetting...Onelia made me terribly happy!
