So true, reminding us that not one day on this earth has been promised to us so live exuberantly large, love large, laugh large. Thank you so much for sharing....and, I ask...What did you do with your angel squeezed day?

And I'm glad to hear that your angel spoke back to you! I love the phrase and she squeezed the black night as if she were wringing out a dirty towel to make it clean and light again....at least that was what I imagined. I grew up afraid of the dark, so I felt I could personally relate to this poem. Imagination is a gift and a curse. Thanks for sharing your poem. Well done!
