This anecdotal account narrated in the poem reminds me of an old saying that nobody wants to leave this world of his own choice. If one long cherished wish is fulfilled, another will crop up, then another, so on and so forth.... Now, what is the secret of longevity? It is the peace of mind brought about by freedom from desires and not otherwise.
