That's me

My life, my time, my sign, my instance in the distance
I began, i swam, with a bang, i sang
I am new, like you, that's true, i can do without you
Hug me, tug me, bug me, shrug me
See me, free me, beat me, trick me, let me be
I live, i give, i forgive, i believe, that's me.
It took no fluke, rebuke the spook, the crook, in the Book
Lovers, my mother, my father, then brothers and sisters, then me.
