That Gentle Touch Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

That Gentle Touch

You rest upon my mind,
Like a butterfly on a flower,
That gentle touch,
I miss each passing hour.
And as my day is through again,
I sleep and dream of you,
Then wake up with a silent tear,
Good memories that's for sure.
I'm glad I shared a life with you,
It cannot be replaced,
I'll see you in my dreams my love,
With smile upon my face.
