That Face Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

That Face

Rating: 5.0

Since you left, I changed the locks
I don't want to see that face
A face that looks so innocent
But hides a black heart
That plans to screw me once more
By saying something false
However, it won't happen
I have learned yr ways
And you aren't going to charm
Into my pants
So, don't bother returning
And go after some other fool's heart
This fool has become wise

Yes these type of lessons are so heartbreaking when a wolf comes in sheep's clothing! .. Though time usually exposes, but, sometimes it takes quite a while... And the pain is hard to heal....
