Thank You For The Supernatural

Thank you for the supernatural
Power of the Word of God
It can take Your truth as such
And make it understood
And bring a heart to brokenness
So that it may be filled
And entered by the Holy Spirit
This is the Father's will

Repentance as a determined choice
To rid oneself from sin
An acceptance of the Saviour's love
In His sacrifice for them
The Cross with its liberating power
The truth shall set you free
An awareness now of saving faith
Where I'll spend eternity

O precious, precious Word of God
The Author and Finisher of our faith
Jesus Christ Himself its essence
That Word becoming flesh it saith
So leave not off today its reading
There's quickening power treasured there
So take your Bible and give investigation
Ask God to bless it to your heart in prayer
