Nice, Mary! The rhyme works in this one, for me. I think rhyme often works as a sing-songy counterpoint to an ironic theme. The lines 'It's hard to not just panick./ I don't know what to do./I'd go outside and meditate/but birds kill with the flu' say essentially what I just posted at the Forum.
