God is always merciful. Man can't understand appropriately. This is a beautiful poem on God. Thanks for sharing.
Many thanks Kumarmaniji. Bri has also said the same thing in a different way.
So, we should thank God because SHE does not grant all of our wishes, knowing how much trouble that would cause us? ? ? i guess that is probably why my wife is so niggardly/stingy/'cheap' in granting my wishes e.g. not allowing me to eat ice cream at EVERY meal! ! ! :) Come to Bri for BIG mercies! ! to MyPoemList. bri :)
Thanks dear Bri, for 'to My Poem List'. I have noted, you have given God a pronoun of 'she', and why not. Wife is no less than God here, if not for the hereafter. As to thanking God, you have, Creative Brain, opened up a new angle, and a very valid one. Last, there is something for you in my comments below.
does this " Greek-priest-in-poet's-clothing" look at ALL poems showing the topic " God" ? ? A learning experience perhaps? Ha ha. bri ;)
I think poet Kostas Lagos is a poet first, and then Greek or priest. And thanks for the kind words, but... if poems are known for their poetic beauty rather than wisdom, where do I stand? Dear Bri, you may also try answer this for me.
@Aniruddha Beware of a priest who isn't or doesn't want to be a poet
With just half....................But I feel even a little less than that can take him home to needless troubles! A wonderful poem sir............10/10
I highly appreciate your comments, dear poet, and yes, you have a point.
great poeming troubles doubling so I have stopped posting as you have stopped readings AP
Not, stopped reading dear poet, but often it is difficult to trace what you want with PH not responding.. 'Great poeming', thanks for the feedback... and what you mean 'troubles doubling'? You too?
He often doubles His storehouse of Needless troubles you said it allllAP
