peD, paani, vaayoo
kuch nahin chahtay hum se
pyaar kartay rehtay hain hum ko
sadaa k liyay

hum chahtay hain un ka pyaar
lakin tabaah kartay rehtay hain
unko sadaa ka liyay

peD, paani, vayoo
ki tabaahi kartay
hum apni tabahi kartay rehtay hain
sadaa k liyay.

The trees, the water, and the air don't ask anything of us; they just love us. Even though we need this kind of love, we continue to destroy them. By destroying the animals, the air, and the trees, we are destroying ourselves.
