Texas Highways Xviii Poem by Armadillo Poet

Texas Highways Xviii

If I want to go where you go,
In a state as big as this,
I can only tell you what I've done,
And where I've been:

Places like spring creeks
Filled with sunfish and Guadalupe bass.

Where each spring your feet
Get nibbled on by hybrids:

Different speckles of green and blue
And pumpkinseed tickling you.

Dip your toes with me,
And in return
I'll consider your crystal.

Each spring you can show amazingly. Spring fish dances within water with wonderful dreams. Following this fish in crystal to feel the season of spring is very interesting. This poem is excellently penned. Thank you very much for sharing this.
