Tempted Snowbird Poem by michael Smajda

Tempted Snowbird

Rating: 5.0

When Florida winds come calling,
I hesitate to answer the door
For fear its warm breezes entice me.
I leave the cold for its sandy shore.

Upon arriving, then be captivated
By its climate wherever I roam,
To the point, I may succumb
And make Florida my permanent home.
