Tell them of battles between armies.
Tell them of feuds between kings.
Tell them of the many years of warfare.
Tell them of the heroic fallen.
Tell them of that day of days.
Tell them of that siege of sieges.
Tell them of our archers arrows blotting out the sun.
Tell them of castle wall granite blocks tumbling like leaves.
Tell them of how we all surged through the breach.
Tell them of noble swords dispatching cruel tormentors.
Tell them of relieved and liberated people.
Tell them of their tears for new found freedom..
Tell them of their tyrant king hiding like a coward.
Tell them of his pleading.
Tell them of his begging.
Tell them of the childless mother who put him to the sword.
Tell them everything.
But more importantly...
Tell them, there is now peace.
