Haha! Sweetie In a year and a half I will be fifty and I still have not overcome that trust issue! Once hurt over and over it takes longer and longer in between each relationship to try to build that trust back up. But yet, deep in the heart there is always that long held hope that just maybe the next one....... Love this well written and honest deeply felt poem!

If we could have only known then, what we have learned now....Trust, once tarnished takes so long to shine again. I hope you have someone you can truly trust now. PEACE
