Tanko Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Tanko

Tanko, tan, ant, an, at, tank, to, ton, not, on, no;
On the move!
And, to dwell in the wilderness and sleep in the woods,
Like showers coming down in the seasons! !
But, all will be well with you my love.
Code, mode, rode!
With the muse of your partners on a deal;
For, the tree of the forest will surely yield its fruits.
The muse of life and the muse of love,
To dwell in the wilderness and to sleep in the woods;
With wholehearted joy sharing your love in peace,
For, envy and anger always kill the fool.
Word, work, world!
To yield the fruits of love with righteousness;
And, to cajole the audience when you are on the stage.
