A worthy plea. Almost everything revives in Spring! *********
I salute your efforts here to bring such a Tanka, this is very pertinent, keeping in mind today's busy life and strain relationship.
Thank u so much Deepak, your insightful comment and analysis of each line is equally wonderful.
Sometimes I wonder how such small poems can be so meaningful, and I wonder how difficult it is to write such things in few words.
Time is never lost and every attempt is important to revive relationship before it's too late or return of heat that is sun is too hot to take a walk...Cont
Last two lines: Let us renew our lost love before the return of heat. It speaks volumes about the efforts one should initiate...
Line 3: and the flowers bloom.... Life is back on track, the old spark returns and the joy coupled with flowers/ fruits emerge again...
Line 2: and nature rejoice in spring..... Like nature which revives itself after autumn / fall of leaves season, there is a hope that new leaves will emerge from the old stems...Fabulous example given here.
First line: When the brown grass turns green: there is hope in relationship and one sees something is still there which can revive the bad past/rough past.
Great imagery in your tanka, I see the grass on the other side, flowers bloom road side and then the bright sun with scorching heat.
We all need to validate and renew our love. time to time, to keep the fire alive.
Wow so good. How well you put your thoughts within 5-7-5-7-7 syllable....Well done.
A passionate plea for the rebirth of love! I guess love always has a capacity to shape and reshape!
Well said, Thanks much for your comment. Ramzan Kareem.
