Taming Of The Shadows Poem by douglas lewis

Taming Of The Shadows

Two shadows meet
And rush 'I'm stark',
Their deeper hue I fear.
They coil and bite
Against the white
Like black snakes bold
With double fight
But bathed in cloud
They fade and disappear.
