Talk About Maybe Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Talk About Maybe

Roseate dreams of someday,
On sunny fortune highway,
In the midst of afternoon;
As birdsong crowds the June!
Talk about youth,
Talk about sunshine,
And hopes that never die.
This scenic, rapturous bliss,
So seldom escapes notice!
Talk about green, and blue skies,
And joy and vivid flowers!
Talk about giving all you can,
Then trusting destiny's powers.
Talk about living,
And reaching stars,
And the dreams of satin nights.
Talk about truest love,
Talk about planning,
And faith in God above.
