Tale Of The Looking-Glass Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Tale Of The Looking-Glass

Our time has come and soon must pass
Tells the tale of the looking-glass
Too many years have gone on by
Most common for a youthful pride

A moment in place may be described
Not all may say what's in their mind
For a candle quivers as does life
A promise when there was more time

There is a face still within this looking-glass
Each time a stare reveals another crack
Time is life and all must pass
Tells the tale of the looking-glass
