Take time to know us
See beyond colour
Face to face with race
Without such disgrace
Take time to know us
Beyond religion
In Name of One God
Our survival
Take time to know us
We're only human
We breathe the same air
And we all damn care
Take time to know us
Of only one blood
Drownproofing in flood
Of lost humanity
That is so true! It is the essence of being human. A great poem.
