Slow down and take the time to look around there's so much more still to be found listen to the silence of a broken sound and you will hear what is inside of you speak.. what you wrote i am really practicing it now. take time we need time, enjoy what is around you. i was a very hectic person. now i really found what you are writing. thank you. tony
