Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Dominic you have just covered four seasons not just in a day but in a poem with so few words. A great achievement and yes poets and artists do love these seasons and for me it's Spring and always will be, for it's magical with birth, growth and colour all emerging not forgetting the wildlife too. A full score richly deserved and a great picture as well.
Take care Dominic and remain poetry enriched.
Thanks Shaun. Yes I always like to write about the seasons, especially here in England with its endless variety of weather. My favourite seasons are spring and autumn, as I'm not too keen on extremes; i.e blazing hot summers or bitterly cold winters. Then again, that makes perfect sense, as I'm a mammal, and not a lizard or the ice man!
