Swept Away In Time. Poem by Rebecca Navarre

Swept Away In Time.

Rating: 4.9

The harmony in the trees, the
lyrics on the breeze. Capture me,
and then set me free. Feel the
heart beat, as the earth and dreams
meet. The soul soars, as time stops.
Life becomes, so quiet, so precious,
so sweet.

Capture me, and then set me free.------Now that's the very definition of poetry----its words that paint scenes on the Sistine Chapel, its words strung together that sing in a holy choir, its emotion that draws us to a peaceful heart
