Swelling Streams. Poem by Peter Vealey

Swelling Streams.

Swelling streams, forgotten schemes.
Awoken dreams, faded scenes.
Ooh the floods are rising,
O`ver where the weary horses,
Wave a bad tail.
Banks a` crumbling,
Oh the floods` a coming.
Storm hidden sleepily,
Behind the winter winds.
Grey eyes sighing tired whiles and times.
