Ha! This poem had me up from the computer and in the kitchen rummaging for a sweet treat about half-way rthrough the poem- -I have so little will power. I can hear the siren call of sweets a hundred miles away. I miss the deserts my Mother cooked for us to dress up an ordinary meal with a festive sweet touch, I miss the candies she would bake, I miss her pies with their so perfect crusts. Most of all I miss her lovely face across the table. I think your closing lines were absolutely superb at wrapping up the contents of this sweet poem and topping it with a bow: This is a nice art to learn and hold wisdom, Sweetness of sweets pleases mind and soul, Wisdom carries sweetness of light of mercy, God feeds us ever sweets of wisdom and peace.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Awesome dear friend 10+
