This valedictory is beautiful - simply, utterly beautiful. What more needs to be said? Nothing more NEEDS to be said. Your mind is focused, your heart is centered, your soul is ready to launch, as Walt Whitman put it, into its FREE FLIGHT INTO THE WORDLESS. And in another late poem he wrote: AS IF SOME MIRACLE, SOME HAND DIVINE UNSEAL'D MY EYES, SHADOWY VAST SHAPES SMILE THROUGH THE AIR AND SKY, AND ON THE DISTANT WAVES SAIL COUNTLESS SHIPS, AND ANTHEMS IN NEW TONGUES I HEAR SALUTING ME.
