A victim of violence, dying alone, is very sad. A wonderfully written poem. BTW, you should NEVER remove the knife. First, it hurts more coming out than going in. Second, it can damage evidence. And third and most important, removing the knife can make the bleeding much worse, resulting in death that medical first responders may otherwise be able to save.
