Surrender To Grace. No To Powerful Pleasures! Poem by Kiran Pillai

Surrender To Grace. No To Powerful Pleasures!

n an establishment of grace. Why move out?
Temptations and expectations arise within me
Look out for more opportunities and action.
I should really be looking to rest now.

I wish to rest in life now with grace that flows.
Why look out somewhere and be someone.
I am no one doing nothing at all. Like a bee.
I am a tree that does nothing; just be.

There are hopes in me of doing something great.
What really is great after all?
All this fight for greatness has ruined planet.
Still, we want more greatness to occur.

Follow the grace of a Dharmic Leader.
One who is embodiment of love and peace itself.
But, we follow the money god. Nothing else.
Money God confuses humans more than anything.

What about the Power God? Maybe Pleasure God?
These are Gods we please instead of Grace.
Keep falling deeper and deeper into Maya.
Find grace. That is one who liberates.

Are we a mislead race today? We fight too much.
We fight just to place a good meal on plate.
And know not how to eat it well. We think.
We think while we eat and we fall sick next day.

Follow the grace and nothing else.
I am not moving from my site of grace.
Someone tells me I can find something outside.
I cannot step outside for Pleasure or Power.

Let grace guide me. Nothing else. I need
Nothing more than enough to sustain life.
Happiness is in surrender to Grace.
Why move too much to Power or Pleasure
