WOW! This is an unambiguous declaration of freedom! And there are no countervailing forces or objects cluttering the particular stage on which the poem takes place. Often in your poems there is a pile-up of details of setting and extra people, which your writing mind places there as possible explanations or additional options or realistic details. Another self, another speaker could easily inhabit those portions of the longer poems.But here the surrounding landscape is empty of other factors or possibilities.You are really free and untrammeled in this poem!
