A enjoy a pantoum and the way it rollicks along and you have done this well. I found it unusual as the subject was negative and the verse positive. Perhaps this is how you intended it to be, to bring negativity and change it something that is happy nevertheless. Karin Anderson

Wow! I'm shocked that WH Auden would say such a thing! ! But I did enjoy your take on that statement, sometimes the most beautiful things lose their sparkle if we don't see them with our loved one close at hand. The sentiments rang true throughout this poem. HG: -) xx

Beautiful poem! It's hard to enjoy something when you have no one there to enjoy it with. It just makes it lonely and empty if that person isn't there. It holds no more meaning. I'm not sure what a Pantoum is (majority of poem terms i'm unfamilar with) but it sounds wonderful. I enjoyed it! Kat =)

A wonderful execution of this 15th Century form - the theme fits it perfectly. An admirable Pantoum. S :)
