simply hedonistic and spiritually profound with its connection to the free spirit. and life's basic needs...good poem..
I dont like this poem. It doesnt make that much sense and the alluding could be prettier with its vagueness.
A beautiful poem with such nice pleasant words befitting to the poem. I liked it.
Beautifully pleasant. Made me smile in its quirky nature. Karen
Hello onelia, Beautiful poems... A fantastic trip to Greece... 10........ Thanks for fine words... Kindest regards, Tsira
The rhythmic flow of your poem is subtly and confidently dealt with ease in this highly gay poem that is spiritually engaging. Thanks, arya

Sigh.... delicious and just a slight bit of erotica thrown in (or is that my dirty mind? LOL!) . Your descriptives of a wonderful hot country make me yearn to return to dip my toes in its waters.... HG: -) xx
Your senses and sensations are shared, beautifully paced, across the page..... sigh.... to be there.... t x

Mamma Mia.... wish i was there at the same time you were there... SIGH you made me remember (but I will not tell) .. aroha xxzzzz
The melting sound of words and their lilting music with honey from the sky and warm turquoise tea in the modern temple of sea beach perfectly given to Nature in the antique Epicurean sense constitutes a great sensuous imagery as in the poems of John Keats. I was lost in it, Onelia.
Epicurus claimed the best experiences are obtained by knowledge, friendship, and living a virtuous and temperate life. The poem takes a powerfully Epicurean view of sun worshipping - perhaps the most common of all experiences and makes an idol of it.
'.......lie nude instead of falling down on knees' brillient piece...succint yet convey gthe whole meaning so beautifully...one of the best i read. sathya narayana
Beautifully descriptive first three lines. I suppose we are all pilgrims at this time of the year. But what are we worshipping? Sometimes ourselves! I love this poem - a favourite. Fx
What a joy to receive poetic news from Onelia! I find her in this spiritual, marine and sunny Greece and I recognize her Authoress to whom I would have many things to say. Greece lives in the myths of those who love it
