Summer Watch Poem by Daniel Miltz

Summer Watch

As winter ends in a flurry
It snickers mournfully
Tumbles snow into rhapsody
Spring laughs merrily so
Thinking in toto about the glow
Novelty of the day show
As summer watches with a grin
Green leaves spin, wave on the scene
Gathering treasures pristine
