Summer Rain Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Summer Rain

Summer rain!
Let me praise you with my love! !
Like the temples behind your veil.

Wash me and cleanse me!
Uplift me with the dreams of your shower! !
Summer rain! ! !
Let me praise you with my love.

The maid said what she wanted!
Invited as well to sing praises! !
Oh summer rain! ! !
Let me praise you with my love.

To rejoice along side,
Walking in the rain!
Deeds and conducts of nature;
Carefully studying the ways of life on earth.
