I LIKE this! It is a delightful, fascinating poetic depiction of falling in love. Beautiful! I love especially the concluding line about her wistful smile....saving you by sueing your heart? The entire description of falling in love, as you've thus painted it, is very interesting and I quite enjoyed it.
