True Enjoyable Poem, with or without coffee, this remains still an excellent poem, with melancholy to the disappearing Autumn. Fascinating Autumnal Song, winter can be loveliest if you reside in Serfaus, Austria. Keep the pen wet, poet and start again let flow the ink. I have enjoyed very much. A 10 Full Score for the Vote.

The changing of the seasons is a natural thing that happens every year, as we each grow a year older. Fall is my favorite season, and I don't much like winter, but it is necessary so that we can appreciate the other seasons! An enjoyable poem! Thanks for inviting me to read it. Hi Tan, I would say that this is a very, very well written piece. The coffee lines seem a bit out of place among the rest of the storylines and are left dangling somewhat with no support.but, it is very well put together and I enjoyed reading it, very much, .. With Regards Ernestine, lovely to hear from you.

I agree. After two days, I realised my attempt at lightheartedness has failed. I changed the two lines to: My body clock is out of gear; Continuous drizzles, more like tears.

A superb write with the revenge of winter stealing Autumn's glory of colours galore, I love the beautiful rhythm and rhyming and thank you for inviting me to read your superb write! !

Your image of the trees in the second stanza remind me of the Ash tree at the bottom of my garden. Brilliant image. The only line I would question is the second one in the fourth stanza. The rhythm is out of kilter.. I'd amend that to though drinking coffee from a filter.. Otherwise, your poem is really very good and describes my feelings exactly. I see you are a coffee drinker like me, by the way. We need it at this time of the year!

I’ve revised the fourth stanza. Got up past midnight to do it!

It only needs one day for the beauty of colour to be gone! A good poem. A 10
