Relating to this poem: I strongly feel that our thinking process determines the course of all our deeds leading to peaceful sleep! If we think positively, we will take up every situation in a positive way (whatever may be the case good or bad) nothing can trouble us…it will lead to sound sleep! Moreover, healthy thinking will inspire us to do everything in a healthy way (dance, sing, write, play, etc etc) . A million thanks to you sir for translating this poem in Hindi!
