Stress



Just blowing stress away
On an impulse
Sitting at the beachhead
Or on a hill top
Enriching blissfulness
Sights and sounds
Watching while
The waves and winds
Tirelessly-
Raising their heads
And then receding.

Catching-
Rhythmic movements
In tune with human brain
Stretching and refreshing
Sitting calm and cool
A pathway to happiness-
When melancholic feelings
Enter into brain and mind.

A natural tendency
Tilting towards darkness
Sitting and brooding
Being illiterate about
Pleasures of human body
Clinging to an idea
That makes people glad.

Indulging into routine
Steering-
Thoughts and actions
But, happiness lies within.
