Stress Poem by Ayamaono Ebenezer

Stress

Rating: 5.0

Lately it's been tearing me apart
It's creeping up on me in the dark
Laying here, unable to sleep
Thought pour in and begin to creep

Walking around inside mind
Making me lose rest and time
Putting my worries to test
Stress oh stress, go away stress

Stress what is your name?
So I can scream at you to go away
Not sure how much more I can take
How much longer must I wait

Trying hard to make it better
While trying to get myself together
Heartbreaking stress affect my sleep
I will continue counting sleep
Stress oh stress go away
