I think that t poem deals with a very important matter, thought in a lighter vein. In the name of freedom of expression we take every thing for granted. It reminds me of Khushwant Singh who demanded a ban on all kinds of processions, prabhat Feries, loudspeakers etc. which cause nuisance to the sick, students or general public.
