Oh this is such a very heartbreaking poem, and so sorry to hear this occurred... but you made a great poem to express your heartfelt thoughts to your friend.

reminds me of parliment hill fields by Sylvia Plath though that is a miscariage. essentially though i suspose their just as heart breaking.
