Still We Relate Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Still We Relate

It's not a free world-
We all pay for, in kind or cash
I have a name, I have a story too
Same way, as you do have the one.

Sweet words pacify and placate
Resonate, echo and vibrate
Love travels for and wide
Stupidity causes trouble.

We all act in a firm cue
Let's kiss and tell the fate
Don't have an eye on a few.

Love is above all-
Violence is not an answer
For ultimate truth shall prevail.

It's not a free world-
We all pay for, in kind or cash
Let peace be the order of the day
Sharing, how much still we relate?
