Stereophonic Bark Poem by Stefan Splawinski

Stereophonic Bark

japanese are so clever
having in recent years
improved sound effects
and altered doggies ears

these clever orientals
have vanquished the west
by developing products
that are simply the best

you remember the time
when leyland was king
tokyo made plastic toys
and that sort of thing

complacent pride gave
way to sloth and rust
a whole range of makers
that quickly went bust

right round the globe
many marketing niches
devices for the times
few financial hitches

thus two decades later
following their rise
the easts car makers
have caused a surprise
