Steadfast Flame Of Faith Poem by Santanu Banerjee

Steadfast Flame Of Faith

In darkest nights, when storms begin to rage,
And every hope seems swallowed by the rain,
Faith flickers bright, a beacon through the cage,
A steadfast flame that burns despite the pain.

Like roots that cling beneath the shifting earth,
It holds us firm when all the ground gives way,
Through winds of doubt, it whispers silent worth,
And guides our steps though skies are cold and gray.

When shadows stretch, and fear begins to call,
Faith stands like stone, unshaken by the tide,
It lights the path where even strong men fall,
And softly whispers, 'Still, I am your guide.'

For faith is fire that neither fades nor dies,
It lifts the soul, where all the darkness lies.
