Lets us live truth, Tracy, reality; though reality is not necessarily truth, but the mind can turn truth to reality, that is the ultimate battle of life. And the mind is our best weapon for this battle and we can then live happily. Moving write, tracy.

Tracy, we only live in present time, what is gone is gone, living only Now is a way to a happy life. It's our thoughts of past and future that make us unhappy. Enjoy the life thats NOW. Its good to write how we feel and you write it well. Bob
