Beautiful poem and a nice articulation of thoughts on the stars shining in the sky carrying a message of peace for man. Thanks. I quote: Behold these messengers of peace! Belligerent man, your fighting cease, Look heavenward; stars do not fight,

David, I love your rhyme scheme here. Each verse starts off with a couplet (AA) followed by BCCB. In verse three, the BB is not true rhyme, but a very nice assonance. Very pleasing. Congratulations for having it selected as Member Poem of the Day!
