Nothing is static, nothing is silent, every thing in this universe is moving and talking. Savita can see and hear emotions of exposing and talkative Godess of nature, apparently a silent dictator.
It's rational mind that can comprehend the language of stars......a bit philosophical though it is yet very well composed.............
