Standing By With Tears Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Standing By With Tears

Sincere and compelling, thoughts are being thought, tears
are falling into depths of this being without any limita-
tions or boundaries.

Benefitting intellect as they swing, dangling from air
high above, laughing and having fun with patterns and de-
signs that take life into those of grief, loss and death.

No one able to help in any way, just standing by with tears
falling from their eyes, not seeing the reasons why, but one
day they will.
